La Jolla Children’s Pool
This is a great beach to take a lunch and enjoy the ocean air and view. Janka and I love taking photos so we can walk the perimeter of this beach and have a ball taking in each other, the seals, people, and landscape.
I have always been drawn to wildlife and the seals provide me with a lot of joy. There is a huge grassy park area that is perfect spot to lay down, eat, or read. This location is far enough away that you don’t smell the seals :0P
You will also find an ice cream truck or two parked along Coast Boulevard were you can grab a refreshing treat.
